The hotel has traditionally prepared menu updates to meet festive winter evenings: in addition to long-cooked sausages using authentic recipes, “salame milano” and “salame napoli”, the winter menu includes pumpkin soup and cheese cake, new salads and a traditional “strawberry with champagne” cake. Chef and his team are still the only ones in Ufa to cook in a cheese head Grana Padano: they cook a Roman pasta “cacio e pepe” and “carbonara” with cured pork cheeks using recipes from Lazio region.
