A series of gastronomic dinners were held at the restaurant of Hilton Garden Inn Ufa Riverside

October was marked by a series of thematic gastronomic dinners. Chefs of hotels, which are managed by “KESCO” developer, cooked special set-menus in order to introduce new interpretations of popular meals to the guests.

Brand-chef of Ibis St. Petersburg, Roman Gromov, who is participant of national Guild of Chefs, was the first to introduce his menu, a set of well-known meals of Russian cuisine in an off-beat serving. The culinary mantle was taken over by Ilgizar Maksumzyanov, brand-chef of Ibis kitchen restaurant of Ibis Kazan. Kazan chef surprised the guests with meals of oriental cuisine and Tatar national delicacies. Andre Martin, brand chef of restaurant of Hilton Garden Inn Krasnodar, who introduced the novelties of southern cuisine with elements of French charm.
