A 5* hotel will be located in the centre of St.Petersburg, at Ligovskiy avenue, next to Ibis St. Petersburg Centre, these two hotels will represent a solid hotel complex with highly-developed infrastructure.
The hotel will be a building of varying number of floors, from 5 to 8. The entrance to the lobby is from Ligovskiy avenue.
Equipping of special SPA area and underground parking is planned. The hotel’s project envisages all the necessary conditions for rendering a wide range of services.
