Russian developer “KESCO” (KESCO) has worked in real estate market since 2000. The Company builds top-class residential complexes and business centers and develops hotel chains of internationally recognized brands in Russian  regional centers. Financing of all the projects is provided by own funds, the commenced objects are owned by the developer.


Hospitality market

In terms of hospitality industry KESCO works together with leading international hoteliers. In 2007, in order to implement a hotel project, the developer chose Accor Group – an international operator, one of the leaders in global hospitality market. In 2010 KESCO invited Hilton Worldwide to open new hotels under Hilton Garden Inn brand.

Today KESCO hotels welcome their guests in St.Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Novorossiysk and Ufa. Openings timeline:

  • November 2007 - Ibis Saint Petersburg Centre 3*. The first Ibis hotel in Russia and the first international class chain hotel in St.Petersburg.
  • August 2009 - Ibis Kazan Centre 3*. The first international chain hotel in the Republic of Tatarstan.
  • February 2010 - Novotel Yekaterinburg Centre 4*. The first hotel of international operator Accor Group in the Urals.
  • April 2013 - Hilton Garden Inn Krasnodar 4*. The first international chain hotel in Krasnodar and the first Hilton hotel in Krasnodar region.
  • April 2015 - Hilton Garden Inn Ufa Riverside 4*. The first 4* international hotel in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
  • March 2018 - Hilton Garden Inn Novorossiysk 4*. The first international hotel in Novorossiysk.
  • October 2020 - Hampton by Hilton Krasnodar.

Over the years of successful work the hotels were repeatedly awarded, which is a marker of performance acknowledgement and a great incentive to proceed. The list of awards is available here. 

The Company does not rest on its laurels and is working on new large-scale projects. Currently a 5* hotel is under construction in St.Petersburg.


Real estate market

Another activity of KESCO is construction of modern premium-class residential complexes and business centers. In Moscow the developer has implemented several projects for “A” class office buildings located in the central part of the city.

KESCO develops top class projects and creates comfortable living concepts that are new to the regions. Finalized projects:

  • "Novocity" multi-functional complex in Novorossiysk, it comprises 3 residential buildings, an international hotel, a shopping mall, office premises, two-level underground parking. The project’s official presentation was held in march 2018.
  • “Trilogiya” club house in Ufa, which is a single complex with Hilton Garden Inn Ufa Riverside 4*. It is the first project involving such infrastructure in Bashkiria. It was commissioned in  3Q, 2016.
  • "Regata" apartment complex in Novorossiysk, sales started in March 2021.

Under construction: “Olympia” apartment complex in the historic center of St.Petersburg.
